At Philips Domestic Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the appliance you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
- 2.Pack the Appliance
Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand over the package to the designated courier service and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of inspection.
